Cypriot Community of WA Cook Book

We are requesting all of our friends of the Cypriot community to submit their favourite family recipes. For example it could be breads, soups, starters, meze dishes, mains and desserts. The committee will then select the best recipes to be published in the book. If your recipes are selected we would be keen to have a photograph of the dish and of your family or village, town, city in Cyprus.

We have extended the deadline for recipes to be submitted so send them in now to avoid disappointment.
